Eversyde Living
About Our Complex
Eversyde on the Park is a unique combination of 99 townhouse style units, built in 2005/2006. Our homes are well appointed with a variety of stone work, shakes and lovely turret end units providing great curb appeal for this complex. Each home enjoys open street views, including views of the pond or a view of the central city park which includes a children’s play area and an open field area where you can fly a kite or enjoy a game of kickball.
We enjoy easy access to parks, schools, all amenities and major roadways.

Community Info
Eversyde on the Park rests in the SW corner of Calgary, near Highway 22x. This location provides quick access to Kananaskis Country, as well as beautiful country drives South to Millarville, Longview, or the scenic back route to Okotoks. Stoney Trail offers convenient access East as well as a quick bypass loop to NE Calgary. We look forward to the completion of the 37th Street ring road which will provide an alternate route for downtown commuters or anyone heading North and West.
Although we enjoy the convenience of these major roadways, you will find this area quiet and enriched with an abundance of ponds, pathways and park areas. Just minutes from our complex is Fish Creek Provincial Park, Canada’s largest urban park, stretching approximately 12 miles from 37th Street across the South end of Calgary. Spruce Meadows, to our South, is a wonderful attraction with a wide variety of shows, family events and markets throughout the year. Don’t miss their annual Christmas light display, featuring a quarter of a million sparkling holiday lights winding for 2 km throughout the Spruce Meadows grounds.
