Seasonal Decorations Reminder

Wishing all the residents of Eversyde on the Park a Happy New Year, and a friendly reminder that all seasonal decorations and lights must be removed by January 30th.

AGM is Scheduled for Monday, February 9

The AGM is scheduled for Monday, February 9 at 6:30 PM. It will take place at the Glenmore Christian Academy, 16520 - 24 Street SW, Calgary. If you should have any further questions or concerns about the AGM please contact Diane Vine at diane@cerapm.com.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE REVIEW

The Board will be conducting a review of the property on Saturday, June 14th. They will be assessing what repairs might be needed, as well as noting what landscaping issues exist, in an effort to keep the community looking its best. They will be touring all areas, including exclusive use common areas (includes backyards). If you have a specific concern that you would like addressed, please email Diane at diane@cerapm.com and she will take note of your issue.

Alberta Quality Painting will be completing the exterior painting on all units and will include the following:

  • Exterior front doors and door kicks
  • Batten trim
  • Columns and panels
  • Overhead garage door frames
  • Caps of deck dividers
  • Decks of the 3-storey units (floor boards and underside of joists), excludes steps/stringers

The first units scheduled for painting will be:

UNITS 138-152, 124-134, 112-122 Everridge Common

Alberta Quality Painting will be providing notices as the next block of units come up for painting.

We would request residents clear away any flower pots, patio furniture and personal items at the front and rear of your unit that may interfere with the painting crew access.

There have been changes in the Board of Directors. The Board is now comprised of the following members: PRESIDENT/TREASURER (OFFICER) – Jack Sides, VICE-PRESIDENT/LANDSCAPER LIAISON – Harold Slater, SECRETARY (OFFICER) – Carolyn Lemoine, COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR/WEBSITE – Roberto Bayardo. As you can see we are a lean Board with only the minimum numbers of owners represented. We urge anyone interested in joining the Board to contact board@eversydeonthepark.com.

Windows are scheduled to be washed, weather permitting, on the following dates. Please ensure that your screens are removed. Also, owners of the 3 story units, avoid parking in your driveway on these dates. If you should have any questions or concerns about the window washing, please do not respond to this email, but rather email cynthia.macfarlane@condominiumfirst.com.
 

  • Monday July 9th to Thursday July 12th for units on Eversyde Park and Eversyde Avenue.
  • Wednesday July 11th to Tuesday July 17th for units on Everridge Common.
